ALARM HUB

SERPE-Box is a hub which makes it possible to manage Serpe perimeter protection sensors with 2 RS485 buses and generate alarm summaries.

The alarm summaries are fully configurable using a configurator, which is very easy to use and requires no programming knowledge. The product comes in the form of a metal box that can be mounted on a wall or other indoor support. The alarm summaries are provided in the terminal block.

JBus RS485

The Cyber Fence Link solution secures the fieldbus connecting to JBus RS485 sensors in order to protect it from cyber attacks.

This innovative technology is patented by SERPE.

The AES128 algorithm in GCM mode, selected for its resistance, is recommended by ANSSI and NIST.

It guarantees the inviolability of communications and the validity of the information transmitted by the sensors to the supervision system: Integrity, Authenticity, Non-replay and Non-repudiation.

IP Module

Interface card

The IP communication module is an interface card that can be inserted into a sensor from the SERPE range.

It provides this sensor with IP connectivity for monitoring, as well as a PoE (Power Over Ethernet) power supply function.

A high level of security is ensured by:

  • TLS encryption providing identification, authentication, confidentiality, and communication integrity.
  • Implementation of the 802.1x authentication protocol for network access control, protecting the network against unauthorized access.
